PRINCE SETANTA INSTALLATION & TEAM VISIT 11th February 2010

The Provincial Team visit to Prince Setanta Lodge M.M.M. No 1446 at Poulton-Le-Fylde was a great success, with over 35 team members making up the 80 Brethren present on the evening.15 Grand Officers were in attendance. W. Bro Graham Rowe P.Pr. A.G.St.B (E.Lancs) Installed his successor Bro Tom Egan in splendid fashion. Such was the quality of the Installation Ceremony that the Rt. Worshipful Provincial Grand Master Brother Peter Connolly conferred an "In the Field" Provincial Grand Rank upon W. Bro Rowe, appointing him P.Pr. A.G.St.B. to match his East Lancs Provincial Rank. This appointment was met with rapturous applause from all the Brethren present and made for a very emotional evening for W. Bro Rowe. The Lodge made two charitable donations, the first to the West Lancs Mark Charities and the Second to Prostate Cancer research, which the P.G.M. designated to receive a further donation from the Provincial Charity Fund Once again our Provincial Merchandising Officer ( W. Bro. Jimmy Rogers ) was on hand with his range of Provincial Accessories including the New Centenary Jewel of which he is awaiting new stock due to the demand. Apologies that no photographs are available due to a "Glitch" in the photographers equipment. If any Brother has any Photo's of the evening please post them on the website.
