| On the 13th March 2018 W/Bro D. John. Forster. R.A.M.G.R. Representing the R.W. Provincial Grand Master, Commander Bro David Buchanan Dixon welcomed W/Bro John D. Forster, and his colleagues from Grand lodge. |

| Worshipful Commander Bro David Buchanan Dixon, requested W/Bro Barry Elman to occupy the position of Commander the purpose of the installation. |
 |
| The installing Commander W/Bro Barry Elman requested the Commander Elect to be presented to him, Bro John Joseph Comerford Commander Elect who was duly presented. |
| W/Bro Barry Elman asked the usual questions, which were answered accompanied with sign of fidelity. The Installing Commander requested all below the rank of an Installed Commander to withdraw; the Assembly of Installed Masters was opened, W/Bro Barry Elman performed the Ceremony of Installation an impeccable manner. |

| Bro Joe Commerford, then invested his IPC David Buchanan Dixon as IPC, and thanked him for his assistance in gaining the chair of St George Royal Ark Mariner Lodge 553. |
| Following the closing of the Assembly of Installed Commanders the Brethren were re-admitted into the Lodge. |
| The Hall Stone was presented and explained by W/Bro Derek Horrocks (the PGMs Special Representative for Garston) |

| W/Bro D John Forster gave the new Address the Brethren and an explanation of thinking behind Address hen thanked who all had taken part in the ceremony with special thanks to W/Bro Barry Elman and congratulated the new Worshipful Commander. |
| The Worshipful Commander then offered a Cheque of £200, to the West Lancashire Mark Charities. |
| During the risings the following were elected as Honourary Members W/Bro David Mairs & Bro W. Ray Leach. |
