Provincial Video Forum |
| More than 65 Mark Masons of West Lancashire joined the open video Forum on the evening of 5th October. All the Executive members attended in order that Brethren could ask questions, receive up to date information and allay many apprehensions that the COVID pandemic has created. |
| The Forum lasted over 90 minutes and in view of information released just that day the Brethren were able to access both the latest updates from Grand Lodge and assessments of what the future might hold for Mark Masonry, particularly in West Lancashire. |
| The recent guidance from the Provincial Secretary regarding the suspension of Mark Meetings in the Province came the day before the new Government restrictions and the guidance from UGLE on suspensions, showing the Executive are really on the ball in containing this ongoing situation. |
| The Executive took this action as a precaution in view of local lockdowns in West Lancashire and this topic was foremost in the Forum discussions. |
| It is hoped another Forum will be held In the near future as other information on the time-scale of Lodge resumption’s unfolds. |
