| On the 8th March 2022 W. Bro Douglas John Forster RAMGR. who represented R.W. Provincial Grand Master. Commander W. Bro Stephen Keith Lyon welcomed W. Bro Douglas John Forster, and his colleagues from Grand Lodge. |

| Worshipful Commander W. Bro Stephen Keith Lyon requested W. Bro Barry Elman RAMGR. to occupy the position of Commander for the purpose of the Installation. |

| The installing Commander W. Bro Barry Elman requested the Commander Elect to be presented to him. |

| Bro David William Johnson was then duly presented. W. Bro Barry Elman asked the usual questions, which were answered accompanied with the sign of fidelity. The Installing Commander requested all below the rank of an Installed Commander to withdraw. W. Bro Barry Elman who performed the Ceremony of Installation in an impeccable manner, opened the Assembly of Installed Masters. |
| Bro David William Johnson then invested his I.P.C W. Bro Stephen Keith Lyon as IPC, and then duly thanked him for his assistance in gaining the chair of St George Royal Ark Mariner Lodge 553. |

| Following the closing of the Assembly of Installed Commanders, the Brethren were re-admitted into the Lodge. W. Bro Derek Horrocks presented and Explained Keystone Jewel. |
| W. Bro Douglas John Forster gave the Royal Ark Mariner Exposition to the Brethren, which explained the story of Noah and the Ark. He then thanked all who had taken part in the ceremony, with special thanks to W. Bro Barry Elman and then he congratulated the new Worshipful Commander. |

The Worshipful Commander then offered a Cheque of £100 to the West Lancashire Mark Charities, and a Cheque of £100 to Garston Masonic Hall. |
