| The W.M then requested W.Bro. Roy Hedges, newly appointed Special Representative, to present a Grand Lodge Certificate to Bro.Wilcox. This he did after thanking the W M. For the privilege. | |
| A ballot was held for Advancement of Peter Andrew Dunn 36 years old from St.Helens. The ballot proved in favour. | |
| There was a proposition for another candidate this will appear on the next summons. Good news !! | |
| There then followed an enjoyable festive board. | |
